 Your going to witness a big smartphone battle here. One of the two big products that took the world for a spin in 2012. iPhone which was available from 21st september is going to take on Samsung S3 in an epic battle. 

                                            LET THE BATTLE BEGIN!!!!!!!!!!!

                                             DESIGN.

Samsung S3 Design

 Samsung s3 which is well known for its stylish design is 8.6mm thick and has a plastic casing and has removable battery. It also has a 4.8 inches screen which is 71mm wide. But to be frank it is not quite hand friendly though.

        iPhone 5

iPhone 5 is 7.6 mm thick which makes S3 thicker and has metal casing and a non-removable battery. iPhone 5 is just 58mm which makes it easier to handle the device.

Samsung s3 has a 4.8 inches screen with the Super Amoled tech and has a resolution of 1.280*720. However the S3 sometimes is quite big for some hands which is quite a problem.

iPhone 5

iPhone 5 Screen. 

  iPhone 5 has a smaller screen compared to Samsung S3 with just 4 inches and uses the traditional apple tech, IPS. It has a screen resolution of 1,136*640. This makes the iPhone hand friendly as it is very small compared to the gigantic Samsung S3.

Samsung S3 uses a powerful exynos 4412 which has quad processor and runs at 1.4 GHz.It has 1 GB RAM.

iPhone 5

A6 processor

iPhone 5's A6 processor cannot match Samsung S3's exynos 4412. However iPhone too has 1 GB memory RAM.

                                    CONECTIVITY

Samsung S3 

Samsung S3 allows expandable memory and uses the normal  micro USB and allows Micro SIM too. Nothing different here.

iPhone 5 

iPhone 5 made a huge change from changing their 30 pin connector to a lower 8 pin connector. It is a huge change. Talking of changes there seems to be no no space for extra space as the iPhone 5 too comes with no slots for micro SD. It however has microSIM space.

                                          CAMERA AND VIDEO

Samsung S3

Samsung S3 boasts of a 8 megapixel sensor and cluster of features like image stabilization, touch focus and a 1080p of video capture. It also uses the traditional and standard LED flash.

iPhone 5

iPhone 5 camera.

     iPhone 5 has an 8 megapixel camera and uses a standard LED flash. It is 25% smaller and its aperture is f/2.4 and uses five element lens. It's panorama effect is better than any other in its category. 

                                 BATTERY LIFE

            When it comes to battery life, Samsung is the best. With 2100 mAH it is the best in its category with 20% better than most of its completion.

iPhone 5

 iPhone 5 is not very good in the battery life category as it has non removable battery. The apple has not said how many mAH they have but told the battery can give 8 hours of talk time, 40 hours of music and 10 hours of video etc. So iPhone will be a tiny spec compared to S3 gigantic battery life.
