A man in Houston pays his parking tickets after 58 years to clear his own consciousnesses. The ticket is only 1$ but the man wanted to pay the big "debt" he owe. Crawford received the ticket in Feb 3 1953, the day when joined the army. He parked his 1946 Nash car near the parking meter. When his father was late in picking up the car he was ticketed. Houston mayor Annise Parker said that she will accept the payment personally and thank him for setting an example for others who owe debts to the authorities.
