One of the Ashes origin run like this a great English cricketer Hon Ivo Bligh died. they decided to take the ashes to Australia. Now, Lord Darnley was to lead England against Australia for a three match test series.Three weeks later they set out, now with the popular objective of recovering the Ashes. Australia crushed England in the first  test in Oval but England came back and won th remaining two tests to retain the ashes.
